Comprehensive security measures protect your documents

We take the utmost care to protect not only the physical security of your documents, but also the details and contents of anything that you store with us. We realise that there is a considerable intellectual property aspect to the documentation we store, and we make sure that this is protected as stringently as the physical items are.

Our physical security includes a 3-metre high boundary wall surrounding our storage facility, topped with electric fencing. We also use security cameras, personnel access controls and backup electricity generators.

More than physical security

‘Key numbers’ are allocated to your documents for security purposes, and so that they may be easily tracked at all times.

Storage boxes are identified by number only and are randomly filed as an additional security measure. This ensures that no evidence of the contents is visible to anyone handling them. Only you will know what you are storing and you will be the only party that can access your documents.

All retrieval requests are password controlled or require verification by authorised personnel. This protects you from unintended or unwarranted access to your documentation by any other parties.

We are constantly testing and evaluating our security systems, and upgrading them as new requirements or technologies emerge. We fully appreciate the importance of your documents and take very seriously the trust that you place in us.
