A. We have been in business since 1992, when we were known as Microfilm Centre.
Q. Why would I want to store my old documents?
A. The purpose of storing documents is to have a reliable source of evidence of your business transactions. There may also be a legal requirement to maintain certain historical records.
Q. Why would I want to store my documents offsite?
A. Firstly, a well-designed and operated offsite facility can eliminate the risk of loss of your documents through theft and fire.
Secondly, the cost of storing offsite is lower than that of storing these documents yourself.
We also manage the records in a way that gives you easy access when you need it, while strictly preventing any unauthorised access. That way you don’t have to worry about installing additional security measures on your own premises.
Q. How safe are my documents or goods in your possession?
A. Our storage facility is designed to the highest specifications.
For example, it contains an advanced automated fire fighting system which exceeds the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) specifications. The high expansion foam we use for fire retardation does not damage documents. Document management is controlled via computers, and access to the facility is strictly controlled.

Q. How do I access my documents?
A. You can either pick them up at our facility or call to have them delivered.
Note that physical removal requires that you sign for them on collection.
Q. Can I access my documents online?
A. Yes, this website has a Client Access facility which allows you to remotely access digital images of your documents. As long as you have an Internet connection you can access your documents from wherever you are. Simple click on the “Client Access” button in the main navigation.
Q. Is document storage expensive?
A. No, the cost of offsite storage and management is less than half of what you’d normally pay for commercial storage space. You can contact us for a quote that is specific to your needs.
