We specialise in providing secure managed storage of all types of documents – from paper files to architectural drawings to electronic media.
When you store your documents and drawings with us you do so with the peace of mind that your documents are both secure and easily accessible when you need them.
Packaging and indexing
In its most basic form, our storage system means that your files are packed into Document Bank storage boxes. An index is created for each box detailing the contents. This includes the type of documentation, a description, and storage date requirements.
Our system provides for computerised index capturing, and we supply you with index reference printouts including dedicated branch/division indexes. We allocate ‘key numbers’ to your document storage boxes for security and tracking purposes.
Personalised storage
We tailor storage systems to your specific needs. Once we’ve ascertained your requirements in discussion with you and by looking at your existing storage systems, we design and implement a personalised storage solution for you. We store all types of documents, including technical drawings up to size A0, in specially designed holders.
Your storage boxes are identified by number only and are randomly filed for security. Our sophisticated security and fire systems further protect your documents from loss, damage or unauthorised access.
