Document Bank Botswana (Pty) Ltd. was started in 1992 as Microfilm Centre (Pty) Ltd., and initially provided comprehensive microfilm bureau services only. During its first 3 years the company converted over 72 million documents to microfilm for the Ministry of Finance.

Document Bank is a state-of-the-art document storage facility that will ensure the integrity of your important files and information. We completely understand the importance of your documents and treat them with the same care as if they were our own.

Dedicated service

Our Customer Services Department will deal with any queries you may have about our services, and gives you personal service when it comes to retrievals, returns and queries. The team, headed by Tiny Motswiri, uses the latest tracking technology to ensure that your queries are efficiently resolved, and appropriately escalated, if necessary.

Our Customer Services team undergoes continuous training to equip them with the skills to provide consistently high service levels.
